Add External Users

In this article, you'll learn how to add external parties to a project in Prostream.

1. Add an external user

  1. Go to the project to which the user should be added.

  2. Click Project Members.

  3. Click Members.

  4. Select Invite External User.

  5. Enter the email address.

  6. Select the project role.

⚠️ Note: You should always add external users to the project, not to your own organization.


⚠️ Note: Does the external user already have a Prostream account? If so, use the email address used to create their account.
