Deleting and Restoring Files
The Recycle Bin temporarily stores deleted files before they are permanently deleted. This prevents important documents from being lost accidentally and makes it easy to recover files when needed.

1. What is the Recycle Bin?
The Recycle Bin is a central location within the project where deleted folders and documents are temporarily stored. Files remain available for 30 days before they are permanently deleted.
💡 Tip: Accidentally deleted something? You can easily restore it as long as it’s within the 30-day period.
2. Access and Permissions
The Recycle Bin is an admin feature. Only administrators can restore files.
Regular users can view the files they’ve deleted themselves. They can ask their project administrator to restore a file.
3. Restoring Files
⚠️ Note: Only administrators can restore files.
Go to the Recycle Bin within the project.
Select the file you want to restore.
Click Restore.
The file will be restored to its original location.
⚠️ Note: After 30 days, files are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
4. Restoring a document from a deleted folder
Do you want to restore a specific document from a deleted folder? If so, restore the entire folder. All documents in that folder will then be restored as well. Afterward, delete the documents you did not want to restore.
