Set Up Single Sign-On

Written By Rico van der Stelt

If your organization uses a Microsoft 365 account, you can use the Single Sign-On option at Prostream. This allows you to sign in to Prostream with your Microsoft account.

To log in to Prostream using Azure AD, you may need to complete a few one-time configuration steps. This depends on the settings within Azure AD.

💡 Tip: For configuration, contact your organization’s Azure AD administrator.

1. Check Azure AD settings

  1. Verify that SSO is enabled for Prostream.

  2. Check whether approval from an Azure AD administrator is required.

⚠️ Note: This step can usually only be performed by an Azure AD administrator. If approval is required, contact the administrator to obtain permission.

2. Verify your account

Verify that the email address for your Prostream account and your Azure AD account are the same.

3. Sign in with SSO

  1. Go to the Prostream sign-in page.

  2. Select “Sign in with Microsoft.”

  3. You’ll be redirected to the Azure AD sign-in screen.

  4. Enter your Azure AD email address and password.

  5. Click Sign In.

💡 Tip: If you’re asked to grant Prostream access to your Azure AD account, click Allow.
