1. Log In
Go to my.prostream.app and log in with the email address and password you used to create your account.
2. How Prostream is structured
Prostream operates on two levels: your organization and your projects.
You can tell which level you’re on by the color of the menu:
Dark purple → you’re working at the organizational level
Light purple → you’re working within a project

3. Creating your first project
In the left-hand menu, go to All Projects.
Click New Project.
Enter the project details and select at least one administrator.
Click Save and Close. Your project is ready.
⚠️ Note: If you don’t see the New Project button, you don’t have the proper permissions. Contact your organization’s administrator.
4. Creating Folders
Create folders first before uploading files. This will help you keep everything organized.
In your project, go to Files.
Click the + next to Folders to add a new folder.
Enter the folder name.
Click Save and Close.
💡 Tip: Want to quickly create a lot of folders? Upload a folder structure using an Excel template. See: Upload folder structure.
