Creating and Managing Organizational Groups
In this article, you'll learn how to create and manage groups in your organization.

1. Create a group
On your organization's page, go to "Colleagues."
Go to Groups.
Click "New Group."
Enter the name.
Select the members of this group.
Optionally, link a subgroup.
Click Save and Close.

2. Edit a group
In your organization, go to Colleagues.
Go to Groups.
Click on the group you want to edit.
Click Edit.
Click Save and Close.
3. Delete a group
In your organization, go to Colleagues.
Go to Groups.
Click on the group you want to delete.
Click Edit.
Click Delete.
4. Add users to a group
In your organization, go to Colleagues.
Go to Groups.
Click on the group you want to edit.
Click Edit.
Add the users to the group.
Click Save and Close.
⚠️ When a user is added to or removed from a group, it may take up to 5 minutes for the group’s permissions to take effect for that user.
5. Add a group to a project
With organization groups, you can quickly add a group of users to a project.
Go to the project.
Go to Project Members.
Click Members.
Click Invite … colleagues.
Click on Administrators or Members.
Select the group.
Click Save and Close.
All members of this group will be added to the project.
6. Manage Permissions
The permissions you set for a group apply to all users in that group.
In your organization or project, go to Access.
Go to Files.
Search for the group using the search bar.
Adjust the permissions.
Click Save.
