In this article, you'll learn how to connect 12Build to your organization and projects, and how to share files with 12Build.

1. Link your organization to 12Build

The organization must be linked to 12Build once.

  1. Go to your organization’s Settings.

  2. Click the Integrations tab.

  3. Click Add Integration.

  4. Enter the name and select the 12Build application.

  5. Enter your 12Build username and API key.

  6. Click Save.

💡 Tip: You can find the API key in 12Build.

2. Link a project to 12Build

  1. Go to the relevant project.

  2. Go to Settings and click the Connections tab.

  3. Click the three dots next to the integration.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Add the 12Build project where the files should be sent.

  6. Click Save.

3. Share a file with 12Build

  1. Select the document.

  2. Click Share.

  3. Select "Share with 12Build."

In the file list, you’ll see under the 12Build icon that the file has been shared with 12Build.
