Set Folder Color
Assign a unique color to folders so you can quickly identify them in the folder structure. The color is visible to all users with access to the folder. By default, folders are yellow. You can set a unique color for each folder.

1. Set or change the folder color
Right-click the folder in the folder tree.
Select "Change Folder Color."
Select a color using the color picker.
Click Save.
The folder color is updated immediately in the folder tree.
💡 Tip: You can also change the folder color via the folder properties. Open the folder’s sidebar, click Edit, and select Change Folder Color.
⚠️ Note: You need edit permissions for the folder to change its color.
2. Remove or reset the folder color
Want to revert to the default yellow color? Open the color picker again and select the default color.
💡 Tip: A custom color applies only to the selected folder. Subfolders retain their own color or the default yellow color.
