To share drawings and photos (PDF, JPEG, and PNG files) with Snagstream, the organization must be connected once. This can only be done by an administrator.
1. Link your organization to Snagstream
Go to your organization’s Settings.
Click the Integrations tab.
Click Add Integration.
Enter a name and select the Snagstream application.
Enter the URL of the Snagstream environment you want to connect.
Click Save.
⚠️ Note: The Snagstream environment you’re connecting to must have a user with the same email address as the current user in Prostream.
2. Link a project to Snagstream
Go to the relevant project.
Go to Settings and click the Connections tab.
Click the three dots next to the integration.
Click Edit.
Add the Snagstream project where the files should be sent.
Click Save.
3. Share a file with Snagstream
Go to Documents.
Go to Folders.
Select the document.
Click the three dots.
Select Share.
Select "Share with Snagstream."
In the file list, you’ll see under the Snagstream icon that the file is linked to Snagstream. Is the icon grayed out? If so, an older version has been shared with Snagstream.
In your Snagstream environment, you’ll find the file in the main Drawings folder.
